Is the Jaffa Hair online booking system secure?
Making purchases on this website is easy and secure. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.
What credit/debit cards do you accept?
We accept all major cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Solo and Switch credit and debit cards.
How are currencies other than UK Pounds handled?
We only accept UK Pounds at present. If you normally receive your card statement in a currency other than UK Pounds, your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. Exchange rates can fluctuate.
Can I amend or delete an item that I have chosen before completing the order?
Yes. Once you have placed an item in your shopping basket it will remain there until you proceed to process your transaction or leave the Jaffahair website. You can access your shopping basket at any time, from any part of the website, by clicking ‘Shopping Basket’ in the top bar. There, you can amend the quantity or alternatively remove an item altogether by clicking the grey ‘remove’ button.
Is VAT included in my purchase?
All Jaffahair retail prices include VAT at the standard rate.
How much is postage and packing?
Postage & packing is free on all orders over £10 within the UK. The standard charge for orders under £10 in the UK is £2.50. Postage & packing is £3.50 for all overseas customers regardless of value of order. This covers postage, packing and insurance. Special orders may be subject to a surcharge. We currently use Royal Mail First Class post.
Should you wish to return items please return them to us within 14 days and we will refund or exchange the cost of the goods - the choice is yours. Please note we can only accept items back in perfect condition. Fascinators are non-returnable due to Health & Hygiene reasons. We recommend that items should be carefully wrapped and sent back using registered mail to provide you with proof of dispatch. Return postage will only be refunded if an item is faulty. Please contact our Customer Services department at the address below. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible.

Buying Jaffahair Products
How do I buy a product online?
1. Click the Products buttons on the home page when in the website. Then select the type of product and finally the product itself from the listing.
2. For further details about each product, click ‘image' or text link OR proceed to order a product by clicking on 'basket' icon.
3. You will see your shopping basket containing details of the products you have selected. You can now confirm your order by pressing 'proceed to checkout' or add more products before proceeding. If you just want to proceed to purchase your products, click the ‘proceed to checkout’ button.
4. You will be asked for your email address and password if you have previously purchased items on this site. This enables us to quickly retreive your personal details from our system, so that you do not have to re-enter them each time you make a purchase through the website.
If you haven't made a purchase before, you will be asked to fill in the simple form before continuing with your transaction.
5. After entering your name and address, you will be asked to confirm your order. Click the ‘continue’ button to enter the payment process. The postage charge will be calculated according to the value of your order.
6. Once you have completed your payment, a receipt will appear on screen, which you should print out. It will also be emailed to you. Please keep a copy of this receipt (if you cannot print the receipt, please note the reference number). Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible (normally within two/three working days).
Can I amend or delete a product order once I have placed it in my shopping basket?
Yes. Once you have placed an product order in your shopping basket it will remain there until you confirm your order or leave the Jaffahair website. You can access your shopping basket at any time, from any part of the website, by clicking ‘Shopping Basket’ in the top bar. You can amend the number of products or remove an item altogether by clicking the grey ‘remove’ button.
Do you charge my credit/debit card as soon as I book?
No, you will not be charged immediately. Your order will be checked for availability and only then will you be charged for the items we dispatch. You will receive an email confirming the amount. Your payment is processed using SSL, which means the details are completely secure.
What happens if something goes wrong while I’m buying a product online?
Please email admin@jaffa-international.co.uk including your name, brief details of the problem, any error messages and a contact telephone number and email address. We’ll contact you as soon as possible to resolve the problem.
